Energy
Nature gives us so many examples of this, we have to be willfully ignorant to ignore it. There is no difference between the life energy of a tree and that of a human. We move about, so we’ve developed minds that think. But nature — including us — is a continuous, unending process of embodying and recycling energy.
This energy, this planet-life-love energy, is so potent, so fantastically powerful, that it animates dirt and water into a myriad of growing, flying, running, hopping, singing, laughing things. But the bodies aren’t the life; the bodies move the life energy around and then release it, over and over again to reanimate the discarded atoms of old lifeforms into new ones.
To ignore this is to pretend that you are the first to touch and drink the water that pours from your tap. Or that you will be the last.
So yes, preserve and keep your body healthy for now — ants and spiders and elephants do this. And then, a time comes to let your body go and release its energy, that it was borrowing from Source, back to life.
